Staying at Casa Xolo means choosing one of three private rooms for two in El Sargento, La Ventana. King beds in Casa Xochitl and Casa Coatl, a queen bed in Mictlan, and breakfast on the first morning only: here is what to know before making the house part of your trip.
A Mexican house, not just a room
Choosing where to stay in La Ventana is also choosing how you want your visit to feel. Casa Xolo brings accommodation, a seasonal restaurant and an intimate bar together in one Mexican hospitality concept. Chef Fabiola and Steve created the house around personal attention and a connection to Mexican roots. For travelers who value a place with its own identity, that is part of the welcome—not an extra to add to an itinerary.
The xoloitzcuintle, which gives the house its name, represents identity, protection, tradition and a connection to Mexico. That idea runs through Casa Xolo’s approach to receiving guests: a place to rest, enjoy a meal and make room for conversation.
Three rooms for two: which Casa is yours?
Casa Xolo has three private rooms: Casa Xochitl, Casa Coatl and Mictlan. Each accommodates two guests. Casa Xochitl and Casa Coatl have a king bed; Mictlan has a queen bed. The bed size is the only difference in their listed specifications.
All three include a private bathroom, terrace, roof terrace, private grill, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. These shared comforts make it easier to compare the rooms without guessing what is included. Explore each room’s page, then ask the team which is available for your dates.
Breakfast on the first morning only
Every stay includes one breakfast, on the first morning only. Breakfast is not included on subsequent mornings. It is a small detail worth knowing before you book, particularly if you are planning several nights and organizing your meals.
A stay at Casa Xolo and a reservation at its restaurant are separate arrangements. When contacting the team, you can ask about both, but room availability should not be taken as confirmation of a table or of restaurant service during your visit.
